Textural Properties Characterization for NaX and FeX Zeolites by Nitrogen Adsorption-desorption Technique

The zeolite's textural properties have a significant effect on effectiveness in the different industrial processes. This research aimed to study textual of NaX and FeX zeolites using nitrogen adsorption-desorption technique at constant low temperature. According International Union Pure Applied Chemistry, isotherm showed that studied materials were mixed kinds I/II isotherms H3 type hysteresis. Brunauer-Emmett-Teller was best model describe better than Langmuir Freundlich isotherms. obtained adsorption capacity surface area values for greater FeX. Kelvin equation, Barrett, Joyner, Halenda used determine pore size distribution, diameter, average volume selected zeolites. distribution wider zeolites, diameter less FeX, value volume. comparative carried out with previous studies, comparison modified agreed other studies.
